Chris Coyne focused his early career on FMCG and marketing roles. He then moved to contact centres, B2B services and CRM and became more sales-oriented. Afterwards he was invited to move to healthcare IT where I remained until 2016, prior to establishing Coyne Sales and Marketing.
In addition, Coyne’s responsibilities have always been customer-focused and commercially oriented. They include senior and junior roles in a number of disciplines, as outlined in the chart on the left.

Finally, most of the roles and assignments undertaken have included an international aspect. This is either in relation to sales improvement, marketing transformation, contact centre skills development, CRM or customer value maximisation.
